Privacy Policy
Laboratory Success uses account, profile, learning-progress, assessment, purchase-request and certificate data to provide the educational service, protect access, track progress and verify credentials.
Information we use
This may include your name, email, country, learning activity, quiz and final-exam results, course access status, feedback, and payment reference information you submit. Never send passwords, PINs or OTP codes through the platform.
Public certificate verification
If a certificate is issued, the public verification page may display the learner name, course, Certificate ID, issue date, completion status and verified final-exam result so an employer or other verifier can confirm authenticity.
Security and retention
Authentication and application data are handled through the platform infrastructure used by Laboratory Success. Access to owner administration is restricted. Records may be retained as needed for learning history, fraud prevention, certificate verification and legal or operational requirements.

TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use
Laboratory Success is an educational platform for students, interns and laboratory professionals. Course material, simulators, quizzes and interpretation tools support learning and do not replace a laboratory SOP, manufacturer IFU, accreditation requirement, licensed medical judgment or patient-specific clinical decision.
Account and course access
Access is personal to the registered learner. Users must not share credentials, bypass access controls, copy protected course content for resale, or misrepresent another person's progress or certificate.
Assessments and certificates
Certificate eligibility requires completion of the published course requirements and the verified final-exam threshold shown by the platform. Certificates can be verified publicly and may be revoked if issued in error, obtained through misuse, or otherwise invalidated. Administrative status changes are recorded in an audit history.
Content updates
Medical laboratory methods and accreditation requirements change. Content may be corrected or updated to remain educationally appropriate. Users should always check current local policies and validated methods before applying information in practice.

Founding-offer and other course purchases are activated after the submitted payment information is reviewed. Do not submit passwords, PINs or OTP codes as proof of payment.
Any refund, cancellation or payment dispute will be handled according to the purchase terms presented at the time of sale and applicable law.
